Bad Review Policy: Products cannot be returned solely based on receiving a bad review. This policy is in place to prevent negative impacts on the shop's performance due to reviews, even after issuing a refund.

Buyers must contact the seller within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. After 24 hours, products are only eligible for exchange.
A replenishment fee of 30% of the full amount of the jewelry will be deducted in both return and exchange cases.
Any issues reported after 30 days from the delivery date are only eligible for repair, and return/exchange requests will not be accepted after this time frame.
