Return And Exchange Policy

  1. Bad Review Policy: Products cannot be returned solely based on receiving a bad review. This policy is in place to prevent negative impacts on the shop's performance due to reviews, even after issuing a refund.

  2. Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller. In some cases, the seller may provide a return label or cover return shipping costs. Buyers are advised to contact the seller for further details before shipping the item back.

  3. Refund Process: If a refund is agreed upon, the seller will initiate the refund within 72 hours upon confirmation of receiving the return parcel. If any damage or issues are found with the returned product, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  4. Product Condition: Returned products must be in new condition. Damaged or worn-out products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.

  5. Exclusions from Policy: Purchases made during discount/coupon offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy. Additionally, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged, but may be eligible for upgrades or repairs.

  6. Return and Exchange Process:
  • Buyers must contact the seller within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. After 24 hours, products are only eligible for exchange.
  • A replenishment fee of 30% of the full amount of the jewelry will be deducted in both return and exchange cases.
  • Any issues reported after 30 days from the delivery date are only eligible for repair, and return/exchange requests will not be accepted after this time frame.
